Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in related positions.
• Experience with agile methodologies, issue management tools, and documentation is a plus.
• Technical English (reading and writing); basic – intermediate level desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design, configure, and develop SAP Control Change Board solutions according to business requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support to key users on customer, contract, invoicing, and collection management.
• Participate in the analysis of processes related to SAP CCB.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop SAP Control Change Board solutions according to business requirements.
• Provide functional and technical support to key users on issues related to customer, contract, invoicing, and collection management.
• Participate in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of processes related to SAP CCB.
• Analyzing change implementation, dates, and vendor review.
• Manage incidents, changes, and requirements using agile or ITIL methodologies (as applicable).
• Collaborate with business teams, external consultants, and other SAP modules to ensure proper integration of solutions.
• Perform unit, integrated, and regression testing to ensure development quality.
• Maintain up-to-date technical and functional documentation for processes and developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in related positions.
• Knowledge of reading Engineering Drawings and Diagrams.
• Technical English (reading and writing); basic – intermediate level desirable.
• Experience with agile methodologies, issue management tools, and documentation is a plus.
