Job summary

SAFRAN ELECTRICAL & POWER MEXICO SA DE CV is seeking a Business Process Owner for Supply Chain to define and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes during an ERP implementation. You will translate business requirements into ERP configurations while aligning with operational goals and industry best practices.

You will lead process design, data governance, UAT support, and change management, ensuring smooth ERP adoption. Fluent English is required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree required.
• 5+ years in the related field.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain processes, ERP implementation, and process mapping.
• Fluent English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and govern end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Define future-state business processes and identify process improvement opportunities.
• Lead business requirements gathering and process design workshops.
• Drive key business decisions regarding process standardization and ERP system configuration.
• Validate system designs and ensure they meet operational and compliance requirements.
• Support data migration, master data governance, and business rule definition.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and business process validation.
• Support organizational change management, user adoption, and training activities.
• Establish and monitor supply chain KPIs and process performance metrics post go-live.

Role Summary

The Business Process Owner for Supply Chain serves as the primary business representative responsible for defining, governing, and optimizing end-to-end supply chain processes during an ERP implementation. This role ensures that business requirements are accurately translated into ERP solutions while maintaining alignment with operational objectives, industry best practices, and organizational strategy.

Specific Knowledge

Deep operational expertise in planning, procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics who can lead process design, drive business decisions, and ensure successful ERP adoption across the organization.

Desirable Knowledge

Prior participation in at least one full-cycle ERP implementation, preferably as a process lead, super user, or business owner. Experience with process mapping, business requirements documentation, and testing. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management. Strong understanding of ERP supply chain modules

Languages

Required fluency in English; French a plus.
