PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Manager to lead SAP Basis consulting across client engagements, shaping ERP modernization and deployment. You will guide project delivery, mentor staff, and collaborate with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services to solve complex client challenges.

You will own project planning and budgeting, mentor junior staff, and maintain high standards of client service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years SAP consulting experience.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP consulting projects to optimize client operations and objectives.
• Analyze client needs and implement SAP software solutions for seamless integration.
• Provide training and support for efficient SAP application usage.
• Manage project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations.
• Develop and mentor team members to enhance skills and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain quality, timelines, and deliverables.
• Address conflicts and escalate issues with clients and stakeholders as needed.
• Uphold professional and technical standards, including firm’s code of conduct.
• Embrace technology and innovation to improve service delivery.
• Identify opportunities for business process improvements and strategic growth.
