What You Will Do in This Role

To be successful in this demanding role, your proven track record will enable you to deliver against the following key performance areas:

• Managing, administering, and optimizing SAP authorizations
• 2nd / 3rd Level Support for SAP user management and authorization topics
• Designing SAP authorization concepts and guidelines
• Consulting and assisting international projects and go‑lives
• Supporting SAP Fiori, BTP, and cloud applications
• Coordinating internal and external audit requirements
• Monitoring Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts in coordination with the business owners

What We Are Looking For

• 10 years’ experience working with SAP user and role administration (SAP NetWeaver ABAP & Java Systems, SAP S4 Hana, BW, MDG, EWM, CRM), Fiori launchpad, BTP cockpit & cloud applications.
• Structured and security‑oriented way of working
• Ability for problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Experience working in a global cross‑functional environment, identifying and addressing business needs
• Strong communication skills (English required C1/C2)
• Resume/CV must be submitted in English
• Willingness to travel up to 10% internationally
