Formación

  • 3+ years of Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred.
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools.
  • Ability to learn Openprise technology.

Responsabilidades

  • Support clients by driving solutions with their business goals in mind.
  • Manage and support client Salesforce database.
  • Create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers.
  • Develop customized reports and dashboards based on clients' needs.
  • Train new and existing users on Salesforce and database applications.
  • Stay current of new Salesforce features for process improvements.

We are in search of a Salesforce Consultant who will be a trusted advisor to our clients and understand the bigger business problem and process to coach each client to success. This person will focus their talents on migrating and implementing new releases, data writing and manipulating, and configuration. The Hyperscayle team is a collaborative group, and we want a team member who will question what they are told and provide suggestions to create better business results to help us grow. The end goal of this position is to drive growth within the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Support clients by driving solutions with the greater business goals in mind
  • Daily administration and support of client Salesforce database including but not limited to managing multiple user setups, profiles, and roles, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
  • Work with Leadership, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and the end‑users to create and manage complex workflow rules, data validation, and triggers
  • Develop and create customized reports and dashboards dependent upon clients' needs and business objectives
  • Create and document application requirements by collaborating with program staff, programmers, strategic planning and analysis staff, and occasionally outside consultants
  • Stay current of new Salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements
  • Train new and existing users on how to use database applications and Salesforce
  • Keep application users informed about system functionality and enhancements
  • Provide technical support to application users
  • Log identified system problems and track progress through resolution
  • Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as database applications are developed
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work/technical experience
  • 3+ years Salesforce experience, Salesforce certification preferred
  • Understanding of relational databases and data integration tools
  • Experience with programming languages such as SQL, JavaScript, HTML, Java, Apex
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Close attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
  • Understanding of Sales and Marketing workflows and business process
  • Understanding of marketing automation
  • Ability and willingness to learn the Openprise technology and preference given to those who have worked with Openprise
  • Advanced level of English, both verbal and written – only resumes submitted in English will be considered
  • Authorized to work in Mexico
