What You'll Do

Develop and maintain strong relationships with business partners:

  • Initiate and maintain regular contact and meetings with business partners to understand their evolving needs and ensure their expectations are met.
  • Provide proactive assistance and support to business partners to enhance their experience and maximize mutual benefits.
  • Collaborate with partners on joint marketing initiatives to expand our reach and drive business growth.
Cultivate referral partnerships
  • Identify and evaluate potential referral partners to establish mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Lead negotiations and establish agreements and contracts with referral partners to formalize partnerships.
Identify and onboard new business and referral partners
  • Conduct comprehensive research and analysis to identify potential partners aligned with our business objectives.
  • Develop and implement a structured onboarding process to facilitate seamless integration and collaboration with new partners.
Marketing and Industry trends
  • Provide constructive feedback and insights to partners on their marketing strategies to optimize performance and achieve mutual objectives.
  • Stay abreast of industry and marketing trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results independently.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and marketing strategies.
