A technology and logistics firm located in Veracruz is looking for a Sales Agent to drive revenue growth through excellent client service and sales strategies. You will handle lead generation, appointment setting, and inside sales in a remote capacity. Ideal candidates will have over 2 years of sales experience and understand logistics processes. This full-time role offers a stable environment and opportunities for professional growth within a recognized company in the supply chain industry.

Formación

  • Must have at least 2 years of sales experience.
  • Preferred experience in logistics and customer-facing roles.
  • Very good English skills (B2+ or higher).

Job Description

As a Sales Agent, you will be responsible for generating revenue growth year over year by achieving sales goals and meeting requirements for client service excellence.

  • Lead Generation and Lead Qualification.
  • Appointment Setting.
  • Inside Sales.
  • New Business Development & Maintenance.
  • Quote Management.
  • Rate Negotiation of all Modes of Transportation.
  • Cradle‑to‑grave position.
  • Covering Loads.
  • Documentation Retrieval.
  • Track and Trace.
  • Cold Calling.
