We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support to our Sales and Leadership teams, focusing primarily on tasks such as calendar management, reporting, documentation, and campaign support—including list management, follow-ups, and tracking results. This role is ideal for a proactive, reliable professional who enjoys structure, working behind the scenes, and helping others be more effective and efficient, with strong expectations for accuracy, responsiveness, and professionalism.

About the Role

In this opportunity as a Sales Support Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and responding to basic customer inquiries, including order status updates.
  • Drafting, formatting, and proofreading professional correspondence (emails, memos, summaries) in English and Spanish.
  • Serving as a first point of contact for internal requests directed to sales leadership, triaging and routing appropriately.
  • Preparing commercial policies, quotes, and proposals with accurate product, pricing, and contractual information (primarily in Salesforce and related tools).
  • Supporting sales and marketing campaigns by preparing contact lists, segmenting data, and setting up email outreach sequences and other outbound touchpoints.
  • Creating, maintaining, and cleaning up lead and account data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Tracking campaign performance metrics (e.g., response rates, meetings booked, pipeline influenced), coordinating follow-ups, and compiling simple summary reports and dashboards.
  • Managing post-sale activities such as follow-ups, onboarding call setup, and administrative support for product/service implementation.
About You

You’re a fit for the role if your background includes:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support, sales operations, or a similar administrative role supporting sales teams.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written); strong communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas, data analysis, and reporting).
  • Practical experience using Salesforce (or a similar CRM) to manage leads, accounts, opportunities, and reports.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new systems, tools, and processes quickly.
  • Proven ability to maintain stable performance under pressure.
  • Resilience, persistence, and patience when facing challenges or setbacks.
  • Openness and flexibility to adapt to new situations, processes, and ways of working.
  • Willingness to actively partner with Sales and Marketing to support campaigns that generate qualified opportunities and revenue.
