About the Role

Sales Intake Representative is the first point of contact for prospective clients—serving as the warm, knowledgeable voice that introduces them to our firm. You'll guide them from their initial outreach through to a formal legal consultation with one of our experienced attorneys. Your empathy, professionalism, and clarity will set the tone for a strong and lasting attorney-client relationship.

What You'll Do Every Day

Create Exceptional First Impressions: Represent the firm with warmth, confidence, and professionalism from the very first interaction. Make clients feel heard, supported, and understood.

Handle Client Calls with Care: Respond to inbound inquiries from potential clients. Answer questions clearly, assess their needs, and schedule consultations with our legal team.

Own the Client Journey: Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate appointments, follow-ups, and ensure a seamless client experience from first contact to attorney handoff.

Requirements

Proven sales experience in a call center environment is required, or alternatively, a minimum of 2+ years in a customer service call center role. This is a non-negotiable qualification. We are looking for candidates with exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal, to ensure effective collaboration with our diverse team and stakeholders. This is a remote position, so candidates must have a reliable laptop or PC, a high-quality headset, and high-speed internet with a backup connection in place to maintain productivity.
