Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree, 2+ years of sales recruiting experience, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. Job Description

As a Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-performing sales talent to support the company’s growth. This role requires a strong understanding of sales profiles, high-volume recruiting, and the ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for inside sales, account executives, closers, and sales leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales positions, from job posting and sourcing to interviews, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner closely with sales leaders to understand hiring needs, role profiles, and performance expectations.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess sales experience, communication skills, and cultural fit.
  • Evaluate candidates based on sales metrics, performance history, and behavioral competencies.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified sales candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruiting recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support hiring for high-volume sales roles while maintaining quality standards.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience recruiting sales profiles (inside sales, call center sales, B2B sales preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, KPIs, and performance-driven environments.
  • Experience recruiting in high-volume or fast-paced sales organizations is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Advanced English and Spanish.
