A multinational engineering firm is seeking a Sales Planning & Operations Manager in Veracruz, Mexico. This role requires translating global strategies into actionable local plans while providing operational leadership and advising senior management. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership skills, experience in change management, and the ability to coordinate cross-functionally. The position also involves developing and managing the sales operations team to foster high performance and continuous learning.

Join Siemens as the Sales Planning & Operations Manager.

In this role you will serve as a trusted advisor and strategic sparring partner to the LCB head and LCB management, driving the execution of global and zone strategies within the local market. Purpose : The Sales Planning & Operations Manager at the LCB level implements and steers change management initiatives, orchestrates business transformation programs, and ensures organizational readiness through strong cross‑functional alignment.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic execution & change management – translate global and zone‑level strategies into actionable local execution plans; lead the implementation of strategic change initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Business readiness & organizational design – support segmentation, GTM planning, new tool adoption, and local adaptation of operating models, ensuring consistent application of strategic frameworks.
  • Operational leadership & governance – govern sales operations including reporting, data quality, and process adherence; ensure POS data transparency and accurate maintenance of all sales‑related systems; support local rollout of CRM systems and digital tooling; monitor KPIs and uphold operational excellence standards.
  • Advisor to LCB leadership – act as sparring partner and trusted advisor to the LCB head and leadership team, advising on transformation topics and market‑specific strategy execution; shape local priorities aligned with Zone / Global direction; assess feasibility, change impact, and execution risk of initiatives.
  • Cross‑functional coordination – coordinate across Sales, Finance, Marketing and other functions to drive integrated execution; align LCB and Zone teams for planning, performance management, and transformation programs; ensure seamless alignment across internal and external stakeholders; share best practices and contribute to knowledge transfer across the LCB network.
  • Leadership & team management – lead, develop, and manage the LCB operations team; set clear responsibilities and expectations; oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and succession planning; foster a high‑performance culture and continuous learning and development.

Location : Mexico City Metropolitan Area, Mexico.
