A leading automotive company is seeking a Sales Operations Trainee in Mexico City. You will support the Finance & Insurance network, prepare benchmark analyses, and assist with insurance offers. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, up to 2 years of experience, and strong analytical skills. Fluency in both Spanish and English is required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office. As Sales Operations Trainee you will work closely with the Finance & Insurance (F&I) network and contributing to strategic projects that impact the quotation process, insurance offer implementation, and continuous improvement with our retail partners. • Support the Finance & Insurance (F&I) network during the quotation process, including handling special quotations and resolving system issues.
• Prepare benchmark analyses related to brand, customer, dealer, pricing, and product development.
• Participate in testing projects that modify origination systems.
• Assist with the implementation of insurance offers from partner insurance companies.
• Monitor and manage payment processes to vendors and dealers, including commissions and incentives.
• Identify and implement innovative process improvements with retail partners through ongoing training.
• Manage and operate users for origination systems, including F&Is and new dealers.

What should you bring along?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach to identifying and implementing process improvements.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
