Sales Operations Data Analyst

Location : Mexico City (Hybrid)

As a Sales Operations Data Analyst supporting the US Vision Care Commercial Operations team you will be trusted to drive sales force effectiveness through data analytics and business insights at our Mexico City office (hybrid).

In this role a typical day will include:

• Analyzing business and technical processes to develop and improve business information systems considering data flow system configuration reporting and documentation.
• Drafting and documenting processes and development procedures.
• Supporting and managing CRM and Commercial Excellence system projects including upgrades training testing and coordination.
• Partnering with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements perform system testing and implement technical controls.
• Proposing solutions that align with business objectives.
• Ensuring data integration and reporting in collaboration with the Automation and Analytics team including sample accountability.
• Representing business needs in the development of technology solutions and system enhancements.
• Supporting salesforce administrative functions such as territory alignment and performance monitoring.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in a related field
• 24 years of hands-on experience with data and analytics
• Proficiency in Excel and SQL
• Strong organizational interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Analytical and problem‑solving mindset
• Ability to work in fast‑paced multicultural and cross‑functional teams
• High learning agility and comfort with ambiguity

Additional Qualifications:

• Previous experience in Operations
• Strong background in systems and technology
• Familiarity with tools such as AWS Athena, Alteryx, Tableau and Python
• Intermediate‑level data science or statistical analysis skills
