The Opportunity

Required Experience
- Ability to manage negotiations end to end, including extensive experience with contract review and terms negotiation
- Develop plans for new market entry, existing market expansion and resource planning / management
- Proven ability to build and manage a team of inside sales and sales managers, driving the achievement of team targets
- Evaluate strategies to leverage relationships and network for business opportunities and partnerships
- Use data to track important key performance indicators (KPIs) to determine the success of business activities & strategies
- Proven ability to independently manage a sales cycle from deal origination, to deal closure
- Demonstrated track record of new market development and localization of strategy for regional and country level deals throughout the Mexico
- Personal achievement of at least USD $5 million of annual revenue target in enterprise software selling in the fields of the supply chain, logistics, e-commerce or related industries.
- Managed a team with the achievement of at least USD $10 million in annual revenue in relevant industries / sectors
- Demonstrated ability to curate, engage, nurture, and convert networks into customers and partners - with the goal of accelerating revenue growth
- Good command of the English language is essential
- Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and present them in a structured and aesthetically pleasing manner
Who you are
- 5+ years of relevant experience working within a high growth / start-up or equivalent environment.
- You are top-performing sales professional with the ambition to scale up and leverage your experience in the role of Director or VP
- 10+ years total relevant work experience
- Have experience in SaaS or other technology focused companies
- See problems as opportunities to provide or extract value, rather than obstacles
- Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
