Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Sales Finance Sr. Analyst supporting the Walmart CCO Finance team, you will play a critical role in driving financial insights and decision‑making for the Non‑Carb (NCB) beverage business. You will serve as the primary finance partner for the Warehouse/BTC businesses (e.g., powders, equipment, protein), collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure accuracy, visibility, and strategic alignment across financial processes.

Your Impact

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high‑quality financial analysis, scenario planning, and performance insights that enable the commercial team to execute effectively. You will collaborate with the CCO Walmart commercial team and interact with the Gatorade/Warehouse groups to ensure consistent financial rigor and support.

Key areas of responsibility include:

  • Lead daily and weekly performance reporting, ensuring timely, accurate, and actionable insights.
  • Conduct forecasting, including data setup, trend analysis, and identifying risks and opportunities.
  • Support the development of the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), providing inputs, validating assumptions, and aligning with business partners.
  • Perform pricing and trend analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Conduct customer requests and investment analysis, evaluating returns and recommending optimal resource allocation.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to deliver scenario and contingency planning.
  • Support promotional analysis and performance evaluation for key initiatives.
Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

  • 3–5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or similar roles.
  • Experience supporting or managing a P&L.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis, data integrity, and ERP systems.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
