A leading medical instruments company in Mexico, Nuevo León is looking for a sales manager to manage orders, sales budgets, and support local dealers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience, including 3 years in medical sales. Responsibilities include sales activities, relationship building with key opinion leaders, and supporting marketing events. Proficiency in Chinese and strong communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Formación

  • 4 years working experience required.
  • 3 years sales experience in the medical instrument field is essential.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general business procedures needed.

Responsabilidades

  • Own order/sales/AR/Loan budget in the territory.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with local KOLs.
  • Support local dealers for big or strategic deals.

Main Tasks
  1. Finance Target :Own Order/ sales / AR / Loan budget in the territory
  2. Sales Activity
    1. Sales in direct in some private hospital , some VIP hospital and some deals without dealer coverage
    2. Build and maintain good relationship with local KOLs
    3. Directly approach the customer
    4. Work together with market team to maintain local reference site
    5. Support marketing activities in local
    6. Assist national event in the territory
    7. Need to provide demo show in some particular products
  3. Sales support on dealer
    1. Support local dealers for big or strategic deals
    2. Develop dealer and provide regular training
    3. Help regional manager to select right dealer
    4. Monthly review project tracking list with dealers
  4. Operation
    1. Provide monthly report about project tracking list
    2. Make the quotation and involve in and execute order & sales process
    3. Help local service engineer to fix key customer issues
  5. Others :
    1. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
  1. Education :Bachelor degree
  2. 4 years working experience
  3. 3 years sales experience in Medical instrument field
