A leading manufacturing company in Juárez, Chihuahua, is looking for a skilled Sales Engineer to maintain existing customer relationships and develop new ones. The ideal candidate has a BS in Engineering or Materials, 2-3 years of relevant experience, and strong analytical and communication skills. The role requires a good business sense and the ability to design effective sales strategies. Fluency in English and local language is necessary.

Formación

• Requires at least 2-3 years of experience in Plastics, Automotive, E&E, or Home Appliances industries.
• Excellent communication skills and experience working with international teams.

Qualifications

BS related to Engineering or Materials or Sales & Marketing with at least 2-3 years of experience in the Plastics, or Automotive, E&E, Home Appliances industries

Experience using CRM to manage the sales process and forecast sales

Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy

Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, technology and budgeting
