A dynamic sales organization seeks a Sales Development Representative to handle multi-channel prospecting and appointment setting remotely. This position requires over a year of outbound sales development experience and strong communication skills in English. You will manage leads for SaaS tech clients, working autonomously and aiming for performance-based commissions. If you have +1 years of experience as an Outbound SDR this can be the right role for you: by joining our team you'd be in charge of multi-channel prospecting and appointment setting for Account Executives on our clients' side.
Our clients are SaaS tech companies across the US — we specialize in Sales Development so we're committed to generating qualified leads for our clients to connect them with the right prospects to boost their top-line revenue growth.
At Predictable Revenue we have a variety of clients (+20 of them!) and you have the opportunity to work with one project at a time.
As a result in the long run you gain valuable experience in different emerging lines of industries in the fast-paced tech world!
This role is hired as a CONTRACTOR for the first 6 months. You get hired as a FULL TIME PAYROLL EMPLOYEE on your 7th month based on performance and consistent quota achievement.
During the first 3 months of employment there's a grace period for commissions: you get your base salary PLUS 50% of your monthly quota (22,500 MXN in total).
You can get the remaining 50% of your quota by meeting your goals.
After 3 months within the role, on your 4th month, the grace period ends: you still receive your base salary but your commission is based solely on quota achievement.
Health benefits are applicable after 3 full months of employment and consistent results.
