Formación

  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools preferred.
  • Biomedical engineering background is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Support outbound prospecting and follow-up on leads.

Conocimientos

What You’ll Do
  • Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone, focusing on generating quotes and driving sales opportunities.
  • Qualify leads and manage the sales funnel using Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
  • Meet or exceed lead generation and opportunity creation goals.
  • Support outbound prospecting efforts, including pipeline development and follow-up on leads.
  • Develop expertise in our products and services to effectively meet customer needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with hospitals, ISOs, and OEMs to build strong relationships.
What You Bring

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2–4 years of experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Biomedical engineering background.
  • Portuguese language skills.
  • Experience in the healthcare segment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across diverse stakeholders.
