Las responsabilidades incluyen ingresar órdenes en SAP, coordinar entregas especiales y atender consultas de clientes. Se requiere un título en administración y habilidades de inglés de negocios. Formación

• 3+ años de experiencia en áreas logísticas.

Responsabilidades

• Ingresar órdenes de clientes en SAP y generar solicitudes de liberación.
• Atender preguntas de los clientes y generar reportes.
• Seguimiento de órdenes abiertas y coordinar entregas especiales.

Conocimientos

Manejo de SAP

Inglés de negocios

Manejo de paquetes de Microsoft

Educación

Licenciatura o posgrado en administración

Descripción del empleo

• Enter customer orders into SAP. Generate release requests to accounts receivable.


• Collection and answer to all questions from Customers


• Generate reports for customers and controlling


• Open orders follow up reports: Details of open orders - check the delivery dates accuracy in SAP


• Debit & Credit Notes OB creation (after monitoring the stock)


• Orders modifications (split lines, changes delivery date requests requests, partial shipments)


• Coordinate special deliveries


• Requests to LDC (E.g., Documentation, priorities in outbound, general information about delivery status)


• Proxy of Customer Service Rep during vacations

Requisitos

• 3+ years of experience in logistics areas


• Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in administrative


• Business English


• SAP handling and Microsoft parcels
