AEO Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive daily sales in a fast-paced setting. You will demonstrate AE's Customer First standards, know loyalty programs, and present key looks that reflect latest trends while maintaining a neat, presentable store environment.

Availability for evenings, weekends and holidays is required. The role requires strong communication, teamwork, ability to multitask, and proficiency with store technology to process

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Promote AE loyalty programs and inform customers about each program.
• Utilize store tools to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in tasks and interactions.
• Advise customers on looks and current promotions based on their style.
• Maintain brand standards and neat, clean store environment including floor, cash wrap, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
