Responsibilities
  • Major Tasks: Implement the Sales Activation Plan in the region, aligned to marketing plan and brand guidelines. Implement the Demo Plots, including proposal of quantity, locations, growers, planting dates, etc.
  • Document in the appropriate tool designed by Bayer, all the information related to Demo Plots and Growers events previously agreed with distributors.
  • Co-responsible of control and follow-up the Bayer and distributors investments agreed in the marketing plan and PIB.
  • Provide market information regarding crop hectares, market share, competitors main activities, etc.
  • Document all interactions/relationships cooperants growers (Growers where we establish Demo-Plots and/or provide their field to do events with other growers) through salesforce.com and/or the digital tools that Bayer provides for this objective as well as engagement programs on CEP.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Agronomy or related.
  • 1-3 years’ experience in sales and/ or crop management is required.
  • Customer Centricity, Communication Skills, Negotiation, Account Planning, Digital Tools.
  • Office knowledge.
  • Managing Power Point and Excel.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • English desired.
