Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales goals and revenue quotas by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
- Account Management: Oversee a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met and resolving any disputes or issues promptly.
- Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and close sales deals to secure new business and retain existing clients.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare regular reports on account status, sales performance, and key metrics; analyze market trends and customer data to identify opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and support, to ensure seamless client experience and satisfaction.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet both client and company objectives.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Communication: Excellent spoken and written communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to secure favorable deals and resolve client issues.
- Interpersonal Skills: Good 'people skills' for building rapport and working effectively with a diverse range of clients and colleagues.
- Organization & Time Management: The ability to manage multiple accounts, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, organize reports and project management.
- Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software and other sales tools.
- Problem-Solving: The ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions for clients and their accounts.
- Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or account management, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Availability to travel: International and local travels around 50% of the time.
- Education level: Chemical engineer, food engineer, business administration, or similar industrial engineer, marketing among others.
- Experience: At least 3 years in B2B companies.
- English level: Proficient.
