Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with French as a plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership & Growth

    Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on driving adoption, revenue expansion, and market penetration in key LATAM countries. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and guide decision‑making.

  • Sales Management & Execution

    Lead and mentor a high‑performing regional sales team, implementing best‑in‑class coaching, performance management, and talent development practices. Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, target setting, and KPI tracking. Optimize sales processes to drive efficiency, conversion rates, and deal velocity.

  • Business Development & Key Account Management

    Build and expand enterprise‑level relationships with strategic customers and partners. Drive acquisition of new enterprise accounts while maintaining strong retention and upsell motion across existing customers. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial contract structures.

  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration

    Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align go‑to‑market strategies and improve customer experience. Provide insights on product improvements, market needs, and feature opportunities based on customer feedback.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with a strong track record in SaaS, technology, digital solutions, or enterprise B2B environments.
  • Demonstrated success exceeding revenue goals, scaling teams, and leading complex enterprise sales cycles.
  • Proven experience managing multi‑country regional sales in LATAM.
  • Strong background in sales strategy, forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.
  • Experience collaborating cross‑functionally to develop and execute GTM strategies.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce or similar), analytics tools, and AI productivity tools.
  • Languages: Spanish (Expert), English (Fluent), French is a plus.
Preferred Experience
  • Leadership roles such as Sales Director, Head of Sales, Enterprise Sales Manager, or Regional Director for LATAM.
  • Experience with SaaS for SMB or Enterprise, digital transformation products, ERP, CPG, retail software, or coworking / real estate tech.
  • Prior experience growing teams in rapidly scaling tech or startup environments.
