A leading technology firm in Xico, Mexico, is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their regional strategy and execute a comprehensive sales plan in LATAM. The successful candidate will have over 10 years of progressive sales experience in SaaS and technology, managing multi-country sales and building strong customer relationships. Exceptional negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills are essential for success in this role, ensuring market penetration and revenue growth. Proficiency in Spanish and English is required, with French as a plus.
Develop and execute a comprehensive regional sales strategy focused on driving adoption, revenue expansion, and market penetration in key LATAM countries. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and guide decision‑making.
Lead and mentor a high‑performing regional sales team, implementing best‑in‑class coaching, performance management, and talent development practices. Oversee sales operations, including forecasting, pipeline management, target setting, and KPI tracking. Optimize sales processes to drive efficiency, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
Build and expand enterprise‑level relationships with strategic customers and partners. Drive acquisition of new enterprise accounts while maintaining strong retention and upsell motion across existing customers. Negotiate and close complex deals, ensuring mutually beneficial contract structures.
Work closely with Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations to align go‑to‑market strategies and improve customer experience. Provide insights on product improvements, market needs, and feature opportunities based on customer feedback.
