AECOM seeks a Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor in Querétaro to lead SHE programs on the project. The role supports health, safety and environmental initiatives across project activities, requiring proactive oversight.

Under minimal supervision, you will develop and implement programs, monitor activities, and supervise SHE tasks on large, complex projects while communicating effectively with diverse teams.

Formación

• Minimum requirements: Civil engineer or related field with 4 years of experience or demonstrated equivalent training.
• Preferred: SHE/SH&E experience in the construction sector.

Responsabilidades

• Under minimal supervision, manages, develops and implements SHE programs.
• Supervises safety and environmental health activities assigned to the project.
• Performs tasks that involve diverse functions requiring extensive experience and excellent communication skills.
• May be responsible for a SHE program on a large, specialized and complex project, or on multiple projects.

AECOM busca un Safety, Health & Environment Supervisor en Querétaro

Las responsabilidades de este puesto incluyen, entre otras:

• Bajo mínima supervisión, gestiona, desarrolla e implementa programas de SHE.
• Supervisa actividades de seguridad y salud ambiental asignados al mismo proyecto.
• Realiza trabajos que implican diversas funciones que requieren una amplia experiencia y excelentes habilidades de comunicación.
• Puede ser responsable de un programa de SHE en un proyecto grande, especializado y complejo, o en varios proyectos.

Qualifications

Requisitos mínimos:

• Ingeniero civil o campo relacionado + 4 años de experiencia y/o formación equivalente demostrada.

Requisitos preferidos:

• Experiencia de SH&E en el ramo de la construcción.
