Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Scrum Master certification required.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Agile methodologies.
• At least 1 year experience with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Mastery in English is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a servant leader and coach for Agile teams.
• Facilitate Scrum events including Sprint Planning and Reviews.
• Lead efforts to adopt Agile methodologies and practices.
• Empower teams to self-organize and make decisions.
• Track and report key Agile metrics to stakeholders.
