Deloitte Americas Delivery Mexico in Queretaro, Mexico seeks a Record To Report Analyst to support month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and asset management within the GFS framework.

Responsibilities include posting entries, performing reconciliations, and ensuring controls and timelines are met. Strong Excel, English, and analytical skills are required to drive efficiency across global finance services.

Formación

• Completion of course of study or equivalent in any pertinent field.
• Advanced English level.
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel.
• Proactive with good oral and written communication.
• Attention to detail with strong analytical skills.
• Ability to research to reach conclusions with ambiguous data.
• Independent and team-oriented work style.
• Experience in RTR and reconciliation process.
• Located within commuting distance of the Queretaro Office.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare, validate, and post journal entries in accordance with accounting policies and controls.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations with documentation for assigned member firms.
• Investigate and resolve reconciliation items, escalating as needed.
• Perform period-end close activities and support daily finance operations.
• Execute RTR activities including general ledger accounting, accruals, and depreciation.
• Communicate status and required information with stakeholders; maintain workpapers and process documentation.
• Analyze activities, identify root causes, and elevate non-routine matters.
• Compile, validate, and organize data to support reporting and continuous improvement.
