A manufacturing company in Mexicali is seeking an experienced engineer to promote and implement Lean Manufacturing and RPS methodologies. The candidate will lead continuous improvement initiatives, analyze KPIs, and ensure safety and communication within the team. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering and fluency in English are required. Additionally, candidates should have at least two years of relevant engineering experience and knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Formación

  • 2 years of experience as Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, or Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Responsabilidades

  • Promote and implement RPS methods and culture across the plant.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives and coach implementations.
  • Analyze KPI results to drive manufacturing process improvements.

  • Promote and implement RPS (Rheem Production System) methods and culture across Plant, aligned with the global operational excellence team.
  • Lead and drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinating and coaching during implementations to overcome operational constraints.
  • Ensure manufacturing process improvement by analyzing KPI results (SQDCE), fostering teamwork, and challenging outcomes to meet established goals.
  • Collaborate with plant leaders to train and deploy RPS methodologies (9 Tools: MDI, VSM, TPM, Problem Solving, etc.), providing strategic plans and support during execution.
  • Act as advisor in Lean and Six Sigma practices, while ensuring daily activities are performed with safety, integrity, and effective communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree on Industrial/Mechanic/Electronic/Mechatronic Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience as Quality Engineer, Process Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer.
  • Fluent English.
  • Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement knowledge.
  • Proficiency in Word and excel.
  • Leadership and communication with different operational levels.
