Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a Business Process Analyst to drive end-to-end process improvements and data-driven decisions in a dynamic environment. You will prepare documentation, lead stakeholder meetings, and develop Power BI dashboards to support automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Robotic Process Automation concepts.
• Familiarity with VBA, Python, C, C++, or HTML.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver project documentation and presentations in Business English.
• Organize stakeholder meetings and ensure effective communication.
• Analyze business processes to identify bottlenecks and automation opportunities.
• Develop and manage Power BI dashboards and automate workflows with Power Automate.
• Plan, prioritize, and manage tasks to ensure timely project delivery.
• Design, develop and implement citizen digital solutions using VBA, Power Platform.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing sessions to increase technical skills.
• Adapt quickly to evolving business needs with strong interpersonal skills.
