Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or Administrative.
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral.
  • Professional proficiency in English, knowledge of Portuguese nice to have.

Responsibilities
The Opportunity in Monterrey
  • Deliver the daily route plan for last‑mile delivery routes by following SOPs in compliance with SLAs/OLAs.
  • Use of Routing Platform tool to build optimal route plans based on local requirements and subject to operation constraints.
  • Collaborate with multiple countries and interact with local sales and operations teams on a daily basis.
  • Work under a schedule in accordance with front‑line operations: 5 days a week throughout Monday - Sunday, with some shifts adjusted for late afternoon‑evenings.
  • Promote the continuous improvement of processes and give / ask for recurrent feedback from all stakeholders.
Your Impact
  • Deliver daily routing solutions for last‑mile delivery routes across multiple markets through the use of the Routing Platform software (A/E).
  • Collect and process local operative data, resources and constraints as inputs for routing solutions (C).
  • Support the continuous improvement of routing processes (E).
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Management / Administrative.
  • Abstract and mathematical reasoning (understanding of a process, the rationale, analyze its metrics and how to influence them).
  • Ability to learn how to use new softwares. Technology enthusiast.
  • Ability to self‑manage to plan and meet a daily agenda.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral).
  • English: Professional working proficiency.
  • Portuguese: Nice to Have.
  • Competency with MS Office Suite.
