Olé Life is looking for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) Lead to design and implement the systems and processes that power its commercial engine. The selected candidate will play a central role in aligning Sales, Marketing, and Retention, ensuring that data, automations, and workflows scale efficiently as the company continues to grow across the region. This role will be responsible for the implementation and administration of the CRM (preferably HubSpot), as well as the dashboards, reports, and integrations that provide visibility and support to strategic business decisions. The position reports to the VP of Strategic Operations and will be a key partner to the Revenue leadership team.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of Olé Life's CRM (HubSpot preferred).
Design workflows, automations, and integrations to ensure scalability, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that consolidate metrics across Sales, Marketing, and Retention, driving visibility and accountability.
Collaborate with the Revenue team on forecasting, pipeline tracking, and commercial goal achievement.
Identify opportunities for automation and process simplification across the go‑to‑market operation (HubSpot, Slack, and other tools).
Act as a strategic partner to leadership, ensuring that data and KPIs are reliable, actionable, and aligned with business priorities.
Provide insights and analysis that guide decisions and support growth objectives.
