SALES & REVENUE MANAGER (CRO PATH - OUTBOUND) | $70K-$90K FIRST YEAR OTE, UNCAPPED Remote — Global A Players Welcome We've validated our model across multiple segments such as colleges, churches, summer camps, construction companies, and various SMBs.

Feedback is immediate.

Architect our multi-channel outbound system across email, SMS, calls, and social.

  • Build lists, write messaging, test angles, and refine funnels until metrics are predictable.
  • Hire, onboard, and develop a sales pod once early traction shows the model works.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and run weekly KPI reviews.
  • DAY 1 — You're fully onboarded, equipped with tools, data, messaging examples, and founder support.

BY DAY 60 — You have several real opportunities in pipeline, and data proves your system reliably generates warm leads.

Comfortable managing remote SDRs (We hire globally, but most of our team is in the Philippines.) Strong written and spoken English; You'll have a clear path into senior leadership (Director of Sales, Head of Revenue, CRO) because you'll be building the revenue engine that drives the entire company.

You will build the machine, fill it with capable reps, and earn a percentage of the GP created by your system, with no cap.
