Responsabilidades

• Develop understanding of Professional Services offerings and operational processes.
• Build strong partnerships for resource planning and project execution.
• Monitor service opportunity pipeline for resource requirements.
• Collaborate to validate resource needs and adjust plans.
• Support project setup and manage scope changes.
• Assign appropriate resources to project roles.
• Maintain visibility into resource capacity and facilitate conflict resolution.
• Mitigate challenges by recommending reallocation of staff.
• Support time capture and management for operational reporting.
• Contribute to resource utilization processes.
