Orica busca un Representante - Servicios Técnicos para apoyar las necesidades técnicas de los clientes en letargos de voladura y conservación de ingresos. Ubicación principal en Chihuahua o Parral, con posible cobertura hacia San Julián, México; se espera desarrollo de relaciones técnicas y entrega de valor medible.

El rol involucra gestión de proyectos, capacitación de clientes y desarrollo de casos de aplicación, con foco en cumplimiento normativo y sostenibilidad de negocio.

Formación

• Experiencia de 3 a 6 años tras la titulación.
• Capacidad para construir relaciones con stakeholders.
• Visión estratégica y juicio comercial.

Responsabilidades

• Desarrolla relaciones técnicas con clientes.
• Contribuye a necesidades del cliente e identificación de oportunidades.
• Analiza mediciones de voladura y comparación con la línea base.
• Prepara ofertas diferenciadas de productos y servicios.
• Gestiona proyectos de implementación de productos/servicios.
• Desarrolla casos de uso y stewardship de aplicación del producto.
• Dirige capacitaciones y acredita a clientes en cursos de Orica.
• Mentoría a Técnicos de Voladura.

About the role

The Engineer/ Representative - Technical Services supports customer Technical Services requirements including a strong emphasis on Product Stewardship, delivery of measurable value to customers and sustainable revenue to Orica.

Location: Chihuahua or Parral (From there to San Julian mine)

What you will be doing

Develops Customer Technical Relationship Contributes to customer needs and business development opportunity identification

Analyses blast measurements and assessing performance against a baseline Prepares of differentiation product and services offerings

Manages product / service implementation projects

Develops case studies, Product application stewardship

Runs training and accrediting customers in Orica courses

Conducts training and mentoring for Blast Technicians

What you will bring

• * Minimum 3 to 6 years experience post qualification.
• * Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with a range of stakeholders.
• * Strong strategic and commercial acumen supported by sound commercial judgement.
• * Ability to plan, influence & execute.
• * Strong written and verbal communication skills to present strategic logic and recommended pathways, coupled with the ability to present to key stakeholders
