A leading technology firm in Mexico City is seeking a knowledgeable Functional Consultant to support the implementation and optimization of Workforce Management and Human Capital Management solutions. The ideal candidate has over 3 years of experience, particularly with Replicon, strong communication skills, and is authorized to work in Mexico. Formación

• 3+ years in a Functional/Technical Consultant role with WFM/HCM platforms.
• Replicon experience strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of time, expense, payroll, and workforce processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Authorized to work in Mexico.

Responsabilidades

• Gather requirements and map business processes to Replicon/WFM/HCM systems.
• Configure Replicon modules (Time Tracking, Project & Billing, Expense, TimeOff).
• Build reports, support integrations (ERP, Payroll, HRIS), and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support.
• Drive continuous improvement and stay ahead of product updates.
