Uptalent Dot I O seeks an experienced electrical engineer to lead wastewater and stormwater projects, guide a drafting team, and support the firm's growth into treatment plant design. You will collaborate with civil engineers, city officials, and vendors to define project requirements and ensure designs meet client needs.

Expect close coordination with Professional Engineers, timely progress updates to clients, and oversight of CAD standards across projects.

Formación

• Hands-on experience in wastewater electrical engineering (lift stations, pump stations, or treatment plants).
• Experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders including city officials and vendors.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and reviewing drafting work.
• Experience coordinating projects with diverse teams.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with engineers, city officials, and vendors to define project requirements.
• Oversee and review the drafting team's work and update plans as needed.
• Work with PEs to review and approve designs.
• Monitor progress, communicate updates to clients, and meet deadlines.
• Review submittals during bidding and construction phases.
• Contribute to expanding services into treatment plant projects and standardize drafting procedures.
