Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a UiPath Developer to build robotic process automation workflows that streamline repetitive business tasks. You will transform manual operations into efficient automated sequences and ensure seamless integration across enterprise systems.

You will design, develop, test, deploy, and monitor automated workflows using UiPath Studio and Orchestrator, analyze processes to optimize automation paths, and scale bots while maintaining performance.

Qualifications

4+ years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) or Software Development.
Experience building automation workflows using UiPath Studio.
Hands-on experience scaling bots through UiPath Orchestrator.
Strong ability to analyze business processes and translate them into automated solutions.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and test automated workflows using UiPath Studio.
Deploy and manage digital workers through UiPath Orchestrator to ensure reliable execution.
Analyze manual business processes to identify and structure optimal automation paths.
Build and maintain scalable bots that interact with various software and legacy systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot robot performance to maintain operational excellence and consistency.
