This opportunity is designed for individuals interested in becoming independent travel advisors and assisting clients with the planning and coordination of their trips.

You’ll begin with structured training and the support of an established host agency, gaining access to professional booking resources, supplier education, certifications, licensing support, and an experienced travel community.

No previous tourism experience is required. The focus is on learning the industry, developing your expertise, and gradually building a portfolio of clients you can assist with their travel needs.

Tasks

• Complete the initial travel advisor training and certification.
• Learn how to navigate professional booking platforms and supplier systems.
• Research destinations, accommodations, transportation, and travel experiences.
• Identify options that match each client’s preferences, budget, and type of trip.
• Prepare customized quotes and travel recommendations.
• Coordinate hotels, transfers, car rentals, tours, activities, theme parks, and other eligible travel services.
• Manage reservations and maintain accurate client information.
• Provide communication and follow-up throughout the planning and booking process.
• Develop relationships with new and returning travelers.
• Continue expanding your expertise through destination and supplier training.
