Dreams Travel CR is seeking a Travel Experience Specialist to join our team in a 100% remote capacity. You will guide travelers with destination ideas, plan detailed itineraries, and coordinate with travel suppliers to turn ideas into memorable experiences.

Work remotely with a flexible schedule, receive training, and access global suppliers and booking platforms to support clients throughout their planning journey.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to client inquiries via email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist travelers in planning vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travel experiences.
• Provide clear and accurate information regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destination details.
• Organize itineraries and coordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
• Support travelers with updates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage future travel experiences.
