Job summary

Echelon Risk + Cyber is seeking a Technical Project Manager for onboarding and implementation of vCISO and managed services engagements. This remote role in Mexico coordinates client onboarding, internal resources, and governance to ensure successful service delivery.

You will translate contracts into actionable plans, manage risks, and drive milestones while maintaining strong client relationships and documentation across advisory and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• English Advanced C1/C2.
• Proven client-facing project and implementation management experience.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation lifecycle from contract handoff to delivery.
• Translate contracts/SOW into actionable project plans with milestones and owners.
• Coordinate internal resources across vCISO, managed services, and engineering teams.
• Maintain onboarding documentation, governance, dashboards, and escalation paths.
