Candidates should have over 3 years of experience in corporate recruiting, particularly in Software Engineering. Strong communication skills and a background in LATAM recruitment are essential. Formación

• 3+ years experience in full-cycle corporate recruiting for technical roles.
• Strong understanding of programming languages and technical skills.
• Experience working on roles within Infrastructure, Data, etc.
• Ability to engage and influence passive candidates.
• Fluent in English, bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Source and engage candidates for technical software engineering positions.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and assess qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers on job requirements.
• Stay current on industry trends and recruitment practices.

Conocimientos

Experience in full-cycle recruiting

Understanding of software engineering concepts

Communication skills

Experience with Greenhouse ATS

Bilingual in English and Spanish
