Job summary

RWS Group is seeking a Speech AI Evaluation Specialist to support Spanish (LATAM) content improvement. This freelance, work-from-home role is part-time (10+ hours weekly) with immediate start and a flexible schedule.

You will rate AI responses, follow prompts, and provide objective feedback. Native Spanish, fluent English (B2-C2), and basic AI/data skills preferred. Pay is 7 USD per hour with timely payments. RWS embraces DEI and equal opportunity in the workplace.

Qualifications

• Native-level fluency in Spanish.
• English proficiency: Fluent or advanced (B2–C2).
• AI/data capabilities: experience in ML tasks, data collection/preprocessing, data evaluation/QA, and data labeling (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Participate in short voice conversations with AI models using a designated platform.
• Follow provided scenarios and prompts during interactions.
• Evaluate AI responses for relevance, accuracy, clarity, and overall quality.
• Provide objective ratings and feedback according to project guidelines.
• Complete assigned tasks within established quality and productivity expectations.
