Jobgether in Mexico is seeking a Solutions Architect for shaping multi-domain platforms with a focus on scalability, security, reliability, and long-term sustainability. You will define architecture strategy, roadmaps, and reference patterns while guiding engineering teams through complex decisions.

The role blends deep cloud, distributed systems, DevOps, and automation expertise with hands-on work on greenfield initiatives, prototypes, and architectural reviews.

Formación

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience with architecture focus.
• 5+ years in architecture-focused roles.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, SOA, event-driven design, messaging, SQL, data models and databases.
• Understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID, TDD/EDD, IaC, security, governance, observability and resilience.
• Ability to read, understand, and guide complex codebases across multiple tech stacks.

Responsabilidades

• Define architecture blueprints, designs, standards, reference patterns and long-term roadmaps for complex platforms.
• Design scalable, reliable, secure distributed systems and integrations balancing scalability, performance, security, cost and ops complexity.
• Act as the primary architectural authority guiding modernization strategies across systems.
• Architect and optimize cloud or hybrid infrastructures including IAM, compute, storage, monitoring, governance and DR.
• Establish Infrastructure-as-Code and automation strategies with Terraform, Azure DevOps, CloudFormation, Pulumi or native tooling.
• Guide DevOps adoption, CI/CD pipelines, deployment strategies, environment management and observability.
• Support engineering with debugging, performance improvements and refactoring from a systems perspective.
• Mentor engineers and leads, promote best practices and strengthen architectural maturity.
