Bluelight seeks a senior software architect to lead end-to-end system design for high-performance, multi-tenant applications. You will define scalable architectures, review code and architecture decisions, and mentor teams across the stack.

You will design low-latency services in AWS, collaborate with clients, and ensure secure, auditable data models. Remote-friendly role based in Monterrey, Mexico.

Formación

• 8+ years professional software development experience
• 3+ years in an architecture-focused role
• Experience designing low-latency service architectures in AWS
• Experience with audit/evidence systems and versioned models
• Strong leadership and mentoring experience
• Familiarity with architecture decision records (ADRs) and diagrams
• Ability to overlap US business hours
• Bachelor's degree required
