BairesDev is hiring a Senior Software Engineer specializing in the Insurance domain. You will spearhead the development and modernization of core systems, applying deep industry knowledge to improve efficiency and architectural integrity.

Formación

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on the insurance domain.
Proven expertise in developing and modernizing policy administration, claims, and underwriting systems.
Advanced proficiency in backend stacks and legacy system modernization.
Deep understanding of life, P&C, and commercial auto insurance sectors.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

Design and evolve scalable backend services for policy administration and claims management.
Lead legacy modernization initiatives to transition core insurance platforms to modern architectures.
Collaborate with stakeholders to implement complex business logic across life, P&C, and commercial auto sectors.
Optimize the performance and reliability of underwriting systems to support high-volume transactions.
Define best practices and provide architectural guidance for insurance-focused products.
