BairesDev is expanding its data platform and seeks a Senior Data Reliability Engineer to build a new data quality layer, implement freshness, volume, and schema checks, and ensure data reliability across pipelines. You will tie source feeds to Gold-layer tables, and integrate alerting with observability tooling to catch issues early.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in data engineering or data reliability, strong SQL, Datadog, and advanced English, with the ability to work remotely from anywhere.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or data reliability engineering.
• Strong experience implementing data quality frameworks.
• Experience with data observability tooling.
• Hands-on experience with Datadog.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Implement data quality checks for freshness, volume, and schema across pipelines.
• Build reconciliation processes between source feeds and Gold-layer tables.
• Wire alerting into existing observability tooling to catch issues before they escalade.
• Define and support recovery objectives for prioritized, business-critical datasets.
