AgileEngine, LLC. in Mexico is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to build production-ready agentic capabilities for a B2B intelligence platform.

You will extend Hermes Agent with new features, skills, tools, and integrations, and design agent-driven workflows with regular shipped increments. You will collaborate with CPTO and leadership to align with business goals, integrate model APIs across Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, and providers, and ensure robust governance and evaluation frameworks

Formación

• Hands-on with Hermes Agent or similar agent framework.
• Senior software engineer with 4+ years shipping production apps.
• Backend/full-stack experience: APIs, integrations, async workflows.
• Designing evaluations for LLM/agent systems.
• LLMs via model APIs or cloud platforms.
• Building agent skills, plugins, automations, integrations.
• End-to-end systems thinking across legacy code.
• Translate ambiguous business needs into technical solutions.
• Discuss hands-on experiments with agent workflows.
• Strong communication with leadership.
• Overlap with US West Coast afternoon.

Responsabilidades

• Build features, skills, tools, integrations, and workflows on Hermes Agent.
• Modernize B2B workflows into end-to-end agent-driven processes.
• Design model integrations across Foundry, Bedrock, and providers.
• Contribute to model-governance, approvals, and deployment controls.
• Use GitHub Enterprise and AI tools to implement and test capabilities.
• Collaborate with leadership to deliver increments every ~4 weeks.
• Define and run evaluations for agent behavior and model performance.
• Create single-agent and multi-agent workflows for use cases.
• Integrate agent capabilities into Hermes Desktop or CLI interfaces.
