Job summary
Ottomatik.io is seeking a Real Estate Analyst for a 100% remote, LATAM-focused contractor role supporting an international tech client. The analyst will evaluate real estate opportunities, perform financial modeling, and present actionable investment insights.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years in real estate investment analysis, strong financial skills, and advanced English. Experience with NOI, Cap Rate, ROI, IRR and market research is desirable.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Real Estate investment analysis experience.
- Hands-on experience analyzing properties or investment opportunities.
- Strong financial and analytical skills with NOI, Cap Rate, cash flow, ROI, IRR metrics.
- Experience with financial modeling, underwriting, valuation, projections or investment analysis.
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze comparable properties and market trends.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with financial and property-level data.
Responsibilities
- Analyze Real Estate opportunities across property and asset types.
- Perform financial analysis, underwriting, valuations, and market research.
- Build, review, and refine financial models and projections.
- Analyze property performance, cash flows, profitability, and investment returns.
- Review financial and property-related documentation to validate assumptions and identify risks.
- Conduct market and comparable research to support investment decisions.
- Prepare and review Real Estate materials such as investment summaries and valuation analyses.
- Translate financial and market information into insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with an international team in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
