TELUS Digital AI Community is seeking Senior Raters to assess search results and AI-generated content remotely. You will provide ratings and feedback to improve AI model performance and search quality while following detailed guidelines and maintaining high-quality outputs.

This is a freelance, remote engagement with ongoing calibration and training components. You will analyze content, conduct online verification, and document edge cases, contributing to the continuous improvement of rating

Qualifications

• Candidates will complete project-specific training and qualification assessments before joining the program.
• Ongoing work will be subject to regular quality assurance reviews and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate search results and AI-generated content for quality, relevance, accuracy, and usefulness.
• Conduct online research to verify information and support rating decisions.
