Outlier is offering a structured remote program for QA Coders to help train AI models that generate, debug, and evaluate code. You will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS questions from locations across Latin America.

Prior CS degree and live production code experience are ideal, with fluency in English and high attention to detail. Eligible countries include several Latin American nations; this is a freelance 1099 opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Ability to articulate complex concepts fluently in written and spoken English.
• Excellent attention to detail, including grammar, punctuation, and style guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors using structured guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions (accuracy, instruction following, presentation).
• Write clear computer science questions to challenge AI models.
